To cancel your Performance membership, simply fill out the form below and our team will handle the rest. We require 30 days notice for any cancellations. If you must leave, we are sorry to see you go but look forward to working with you again down the road!
To change the number of days/week for your Performance membership, simply fill out the form below and we will get the change made within 48 business hours (or less!). Any unused portion of your current plan will be credited towards your new plan.
Only leaving us temporarily and want to put your account on hold? You can put your account on hold with 48 business hours advanced notice by filling out the required form below. Please know that all holds must be longer than 7 days and will expire after 1 year at which time your account will cancel.
